Refund policy

 

We hope you will love your purchase, but here at Amaryllis, we realise that not everything is always perfect. Items bought ONLINE can be posted back to us for an exchange or refund. 

Please email us at info@amarylliswestend.com to notify us of the items you wish to return. Then simply package and send your item back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for delivery charges on returning items.

Sale items should be returned or exchanged within seven days.

We ask that you return your purchase in its original condition, with labels attached and shoes in their original box. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of pierced jewellery or hair accessories.

We recommend you use a secure, trackable postal or courier service and ensure the packaging is secure when returning an order.

Exceptions are made for faulty items.

Please note store purchases are eligible for exchange or credit note only within 14 days of the purchase date.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus delivery charges), and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment.

Please allow 2 weeks from time of posting for your refund to be processed.                                                                                                                      

FAULTY ITEMS

Everything at Amaryllis is carefully inspected and packaged before being sent to you. However, on the off chance that you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of your purchase. Send us the faulty item, and we will happily exchange the item or process your refund.  

EXCHANGE

To request an exchange, send us an email at info@amarylliswestend.com and we will happily process this for you. After this, simply send back the item, and once we have received your return, we will post your new order to you. 

Things move fast here at Amaryllis so to save time and ensure you get it while it’s still in stock it may be quicker for you to request a refund and place a new order altogether.  

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All sale items purchased in our Westend Boutique are non-refundable and non exchangeable as stated on our store receipt and at the point of sale desk.

Earrings are non-returnable unless faulty. 

We have the right to reject a refund if the item is returned in poor condition.  

IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE (DUTIES AND TAXES)

We would like to inform our valued customers that, effective 01/01/25, we will no longer be offering international shipping. This decision has been made due to the increasing complexities and costs associated with high duties and taxes on overseas shipments.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding.

We remain committed to providing excellent service to our domestic customers and will continue offering fast and reliable shipping within your area if possible.
