Return Policy

RETURNS 

 

We hope you will love your purchase, but here at Amaryllis, we realise that not everything is always perfect. If you would like to return your purchase you have 14 days from the date you received your order to get it back to us for an exchange or refund. Please email us at info@amarylliswestend.com to notify us of the items you wish to return. Then simply package and send your item back to us. You will be responsible for delivery charges on returning items.

 

For sale items, you will have 7 days to return your purchase to us after the date you received your order.

 

We ask that you return your purchase in its original condition, with labels attached and shoes in their original box. 

 

Exceptions are made for faulty items

 

Non-returnable Items 

 

Earrings are non-returnable, unless faulty 

 

We have the right to reject refund if the item is returned in poor condition. 

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (minus delivery charges), and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment. We aim to have this processed within 14 days, however, we will do our utmost to process this as quickly as possible. 

 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

 

Everything at Amaryllis is carefully inspected and packaged before being sent to you. However, on the off chance that you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 7 days of your purchase. Send us the faulty item, and we will happily exchange the item or process your refund. 

 

 

EXCHANGE

 

To request an exchange, send us an email at info@amaryllisliving.com and we will happily process this for you. After this, simply send back the item, and once we have received your return, we will post your new order to you. 

 

However, things move fast here at Amaryllis so to save time and ensure you get it while it’s still in stock it may be quicker for you to request a refund and place a new order altogether. 

 

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.
